Op zo&#8217;n 3 kilometer afstand van deze rots vind je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.booking.com\/hotel\/lk\/the-courtyard-villa.en.html?aid=1304901&amp;no_rooms=1&amp;group_adults=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Courtyard Villa<\/a>, een mooi pension met vriendelijke eigenaren. Wij verbleven hier twee nachten en hebben het als een goede accommodatie ervaren. Vanaf dit busstation kun je eenvoudig de bus of een tuktuk nemen naar je accommodatie in Sigiriya. Omdat het regende, namen wij de tuktuk en betaalden hiervoor 800 rupee.<\/p>\n<p>The Courtyard Vila beschikt over vijf kamers, een terras en een mooie tuin. Loop een rondje door de tuin en je zult verschillende dieren spotten! Op het terras wordt het ontbijt en het diner geserveerd. Beide dagen hebben wij hier gebruik van gemaakt. Het eten was heerlijk! Zowel het ontbijt als het diner zijn erg uitgebreid en de eigenaren zorgen er voor dat je ook een beetje afwisseling hebt qua Sri Lankaanse gerechten.<\/p>\n<p>De eigenaren zijn, naast dat ze lekker eten voor je maken, ook erg behulpzaam. Ze hebben ons geholpen met het regelen van tuktuks en met het last minute boeken van een safari naar het Kaudulla National Park.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-1115 class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"De_kamer\"><\/span>De kamer<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>De kamers van The Courtyard Villa zijn simpel ingericht. Er staat een bed en er staat een rek waaraan je je kleding kunt hangen. Er is geen airco op de kamer, maar wel een ventilator. Voor wat frisse lucht kun je het raam openzetten. Er hangt een klamboe boven het bed, dus je hoeft niet bang te zijn voor muggen of andere ongedierte! Elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer. Deze is redelijk ruim en ziet er er mooi en schoon uit. Uit de douche komt warm water, omdat er een kleine boiler aanwezig is. Het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.traveldicted.com\/nl\/azie\/sri-lanka\/olifanten-safari-kaudulla-national-park\/\">Kaudulla National Park<\/a> is vanaf hier ongeveer \u00e9\u00e9n uur rijden.
